Local Businesses Partner to Raise Money for Future
Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument
AfterOurs Urgent Care Donating $1 for Every Clinic Visit Through December 31st, 2007.
Highlands Ranch, CO-The AfterOurs Urgent Care Center, located at 200 West Countyline Road, Suite #100, in Highlands Ranch, CO., has committed to donating $1 from every clinic visit, beginning September 1st, 2007 through December 31st, 2007, to the Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument.
A dedicated group of community volunteers, led by Jeff Alvis, the Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument Committee Chairman, and supported by Highlands Ranch Parks and Recreation Foundation, Metro District of Highlands Ranch, Douglas County Libraries, and Highlands Ranch Herald is raising funds to construct a monument honoring veterans and active service men and women at Civic Green Park, in Highlands Ranch. The group’s goal is to raise $200,000.
Individuals and businesses can purchase tax deductible dedication tiles at www.hrvets.org. Monetary donations may also be made on the Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument Website.
A fundraising thermometer, donated by Dodge Signs, has been erected at the intersection of Highlands Ranch Parkway and Broadway, to illustrate the campaign’s progress.
