New Jersey Clinic Pricing

AfterOurs Urgent Care strives to offer transparent pricing to our customers. If you do not have insurance, here are some of the payment options available to you. The most affordable treatment option includes paying in full at the time of your visit. By avoiding the billing process, we are able to offer you an additional discount.

New Jersey Clinic Self Pay Pricing **Effective May 1st, 2011**

Level 1 - Simple Visit (No test or procedure)

• Payment Option #1 - Payment in Full $125
• Payment Option #2 - $70 at time of visit & $70 after 30 days**
• Billable Charge: $300**

Level 2 - Mod Complex Visit (Includes 1 test or treatment*)

• Payment Option #1 - Payment in Full $200
• Payment Option #2 - $107.50 at time of visit & $107.50 after 30 days**
• Billable Charge: $500**

Level 3 - Complex Visit (1 procedure and/or more than 1 test or treatment*)

• Payment Option #1 - Payment in Full $300
• Payment Option #2 - $157.50 at time of visit & $157.50 after 30 days**
• Billable Charge: $700**

Self Pay patients acknowledge they do not have applicable insurance and will not be provided HCFA1500. The above self pay options are not available to individuals with Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare due to government restrictions.
