Attention Kaiser Patients: We are a non-participating provider, but if you can pay at the time of service, we will accept your emergency room co-pay as payment in full.
Pre-authorization generally is not necessary. Check with your insurance provider to confirm level of coverage and referral requirements.
What We Treat:
AfterOurs is an excellent choice for a wide array of simple to moderately complex problems not serious enough to be judged an emergency. Among these conditions are sports injuries, colds and flu, sprains and strains, strep throat, minor to moderate headaches, minor infections, and non-life threatening cuts requiring stitches.
What we don't treat:
Our Urgent Care facility is not equipped like a hospital emergency department (ED). Therefore, patients with a major medical emergency or a health problem that is life threatening should call 911 or go directly to the ED. Examples include chest pain, loss of consciousness, stroke symptoms, excessive bleeding and difficulty breathing.
Unsure about what to do or still have questions?
Call us at 303-861-7878, which connects directly to our Medical Hotline 7 days a week during our office hours. They also can advise about what you can do for your problem at home.
